Amended excerpt from Letter to Windsor Alumni from Board of Directors January 12,2009

Our Alumni Association has been organizing and coordinating the activities of Windsor High School!s Alumni Weekend since June 1, 1899. Events over the past several years have been limited to a scattering of reunions, a small parade and the high school graduation. This in part was due to E-911 postal address changes 15 years ago that hampered our ability to remain in contact with all of you, our membership base. Thanks to the efforts of a handful of alumni, notably Mike and Terry Allen, weekend activities continued albeit on a much smaller scale.

About two years ago new members joined the Board of Directors, filling our slate for the
first time in several years, with the goal of helping to rebuild the association and revamp
alumni weekend. In 2006, the Alumni Association welcomed the Annual Murphy/Morse 5k
event as part of the weekend festivities. Last year we added activities at the State Street
Common such as: music, dancing, games for kids, food and an art and book sale in
conjunction with St. Paul!s Church and the Public Library. Activities much like those of years
ago!

Our goal for next year is to continue to re-build our contact database and to continue to enhance weekend activities.

We need your help in order to improve our new website and continue to improve our alumni
weekend activities. We are asking for dues and donations in the following amounts:

$10.00 annual dues

$10.00 one time amnesty fee for all past unpaid dues
